Type of GST

Following are the type of GST

• The Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST)
• CGSTStand for  Central goods and service tax that replace existing tax like service tax, excise tax, etc

• The State Goods and Services Tax (SGST)

                     SGST Stands for state goods and service tax, which replaces the existing tax like sales tax, entry tax, luxury tax, etc.

• The Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (UTGST)
•                   UTGST Stands for both good and service tax that replaces service tax, excise tax, sales tax, entry tax, luxury tax.

• The Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) 
•                      Under GST, IGST is a tax levied on all Inter-State supplies of goods and/or services and will be governed by the IGST Act. IGST will be applicable on any supply of goods and/or services in both cases of import into India and export from India
